Don't worry about it. When my Mum was learning to drive she did all her lessons in one town and then my Dad had to move (he was in the army) and she had to sit her test in a town she didn't know  . She passed first time, and if she could do it then you'll be fine.
Just don't panic. And if you do fail then you can just join us wonderful people who took 2 attempts or moreCurrent debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Why? He's shown he isn't committed to you - and now has shown he isn't committed to those who live around you.

Why are you looking with the assumption of failure?
If you pass - no problem.
If you fail - you have all the time in the world - no problem.
Why is there pressure?
You're not looking at passing your driving test as a problem because it will mean change - are you?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

i dont think its not commited i just think hes fed up... he is leaving the school he is with and setting up on his own in his home town, then he can do another job he used to do to get more points to emmigrate to australia  he is just being very selfish but at the end of the day there is nothing i can do... its just really got my goat!0 -
Why are you looking with the assumption of failure? because i think i will fail
If you pass - no problem.
If you fail - you have all the time in the world - no problem. Actully i havent got all the time in the world... i have payed over 3k on driving lesson if i stop i will forget things, i did when i was ran over and didnt drive for months
Why is there pressure? because if i fail i need another driving instructor, i dont get on well with people, i stress so much in new situations that i am pyhsical sick. I have had 6 driving instructors~ dont that tell you something
You're not looking at passing your driving test as a problem because it will mean change - are you?0 -

Is the the thinking leading to the doing? Of course it is.postingalwaysposting wrote: »Actully i havent got all the time in the world... i have payed over 3k on driving lesson if i stop i will forget things, i did when i was ran over and didnt drive for months
You will forget things yes, but just things like the stopping distance of a private car at 30 mph. Nobody who drives "remembers" how to drive. It's all "muscle memory". You can't forget that.
I drive home some nights across unlit country lanes, avoiding the local rabbits, and stray sheep. Do I remember any part of that journey? No - why should I? That's what practice is for - so you don't need to remember anything.postingalwaysposting wrote: »if i dont pass then technically i will have to start from scrath...
No you won't.postingalwaysposting wrote: »how many more lessons will i need before the next instructor allows me to enter for my next test?
As many as you chose. Including zero. You *DO NOT NEED* the permission of anyone to go in for a driving test. You are the customer. It is your money. Your current instructor has seen you as a cash cow and has milked your bank account dry.
Did you tell him you were giving up after this? Is that when he started to make alternative plans?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

You're making excuses for him. He can't be commmitted to you and simultanously selfish - it's logically impossible."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

this is all making me feel worse and as if i am doing something wrong ~ i am not i have been fooled by another instructor... i cant change this i cant make this better. at the end of the day if i fail i will have to find another instructor and go through all the 'stuff' i have had to cope with before... nothing new there  thanks anyway everyone0
