Morning.

I would like a round of applause and a hug if possible.

My Mum made me make a doctor's appointment yesterday and apparently I am suffering from depression. And it's not all that mild either.

And I DIDN'T buy myself a nice cake!! I wanted to but I went home and made Slimming World weetabix cake instead :eek: How impressed with me was I! I never normally do that. If I need cheering up I go and buy myself a nice be cream cake.

DFW and FFW must really be getting to me.

So I'm depressed and without chocolate or cake. I may really need some support over the next few months. My doc has booked me in for counselling and I have to go back and see her in a month....

A lot of weight can go on in a month!!

Oh my gosh, I miss a few days and so much has happened! MASSIVE hugs Lucy - at least you knopw now and you can start to do something to tackle it. I hope the counselling app comes through quickly. If it helps I too have depression and am on anti-d's - but having it recognised and starting to deal with it made it so much better!

It's lovely. Only problem was stopping myself from eating the whole thing!! But I was very good and only had one bit and put the rest in the cupboard and tried to forget about it.

I don't think for a minute they are pregnancy symptons, I certainly didn't feel like this with my other two and it would be highly unlikely to get pregnant from a 5 second wonder on the living room carpet. But to be on the safe side I will do a test - I've got one knocking about somewhere - just to set yours and my own minds at rest.

Will update when I can find it. You silly b*ggers, its just not possible :rotfl:

This thread thinks everybody is pregnant, won't dare say i feel ill again :rotfl:
