Arrgghh, my post just got eaten by the forum gremlins....anyone else keep getting weird messages about the forum needing urgent maintainance and not being available till 3am?

Anyway, slightly off topic, but to cheer us up after our chat last night we took this video of Natasha, our 'ladylike' little girl.....and yes, those noises at the start ARE her, and ARE what they sound like lol!

I just caught up with this Mrs S - she is beautiful - can I have her ;)

Hello peeps! Well that time spent being on a major downer and eating like a hungry shrek (sorry elentan...found it sooo funny when you said that in a previous post, love it!!!) has paid off with a whopping 3 1/4lb gain  Oh dear oh dear! Right back on track though, so here's to loosing all of that next week and to getting back on track! I have come so far loosing the weight in the last year or so...not gonna let a couple of pounds gain stand in my way! Have been sooo busy recently, haven't been able to catch up on this thread so will try and do so after work, but hope everyone is doing ok?!? Will update my sig now...still means that since the start I have had a 2lb loss so that's cool!

    Loving the new thread title!!!

Very snuffly today, hopoing it is hayfever rather than a cold, you'd think the pollen would be drowned but it still seems to get everywhere (mostly up my nose)

Did ok yesterday, had to make a blender of milkshake to keep me going, but it was skimmed milk, a mullerlight,a banana and some strawberries so can't see that hurting.

Aduki beans were great, made a kind of biriani with them an leftover rice and some roasted peppers and onions. Got some leftover beans to use up today.

    So, today:

    breakfast: waffles and beans
lunch: aduki bean and potato bake
    dinner: pork with salad

erm..........Toto, not sure if i've missed this anywhere, but any more news on the straw clutching??????? Do I need to start knitting?????
