    hi all.. thanks sammy, i will deffo look on ebay for sw books etc even my mum has asked why i havent been eating :confused: anyway to day i blew it anyway and have probably had too many calories :rotfl:so...

    breakfast ~ toast
    snack in work (12.15pm) ~ yogurt
    dinner ~ sandwich (cheese) small cake, mini pringles and a milkshake :o
    tea ~ chicken nugett happy meal (with water) and a cheese burger

    Hey it's all good pap, see now you're just calorie shifting. This is actually my excuse for a good old pig out, I call it my high calorie day. Then as scales day draws close I start having my 'crap need to shift a bit' low calorie days.
