Hours worked and income earned will affect the IS.
The CA will remain unaffected as long as the claimants earnings are not more then £99.50 week0 -
For an I.S customer claiming on the grounds as a Carer and iro of CA,
then there is a £20 disregard on earnings
and for a partner a disregard £5 is applicable in this instance
eg
if wife earns £80 a week then £60 will be taken into account against the I.S and
if the husband earns £70 then £65 will be taken into account as well
total £1250
