Physio treated both dog and horse yesterday. Both are meant to have a quiet couple of days. Physio did not explain how to achieve this.
Cheque for Mr Watty's shares sold arrived today and paid in so thats £2949 to the overpayment pot when it clears.
Am struggling with the motivation to work ....Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Did the physio mention tranquilisers??0

Inspired by Habibiboo I've taken oil filled radiator to barn (used in office in depths of winter) 15/365 and put away a jigsaw that was *waiting to be done* and has been collecting dust since Christmas. It was just to difficult. Am keeping jigsaw as is a good one i just need time! 16/365. Thanks Habibiboo for the kick start to the declutter.
No probs Watty, glad you're finding the time and energy with everything else going on ... just had a catch up and it all sounds quite a nightmare!
Glad pony is on the mend but agree, the biggest worry is not knowing what it was and therefore how to prevent a recurrence.
Sorry I missed your birthday, belated best wishes and I hope you had a good one! Also hope you managed to declutter some birthday cake ...!Stash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

Another busy week done. Education charity still taking up far too much of my time and consequently am behind with lots of things. Will spend today trying to catch up with paperwork etc.
Made overpayment yesterday and whilst on hold discovered I can *manage my mortgage online*. Was beyond excited. Actually when I checked I couldnt *do* anything online but there was a neat little chart showing how much is left outstanding, how many years and the interest rate. Mr Watty was reading over my shoulder and on discovering we have over 16 years left to run pointed out that we would never be able to pay this mortgage when we are in our late 60s.Bless him. That is just one of the reasons we started this journey.
Helped friend who is having to empty house due to finanical issues do some packing. Took away a lovely crystal jam holder which was destined for bin. This now, minus lid replaces broken plastic glass that was holding my make up brushes in bathroom. Plastic glass and jam holder lid thrown away and brushes sorted through and broken one thrown. 17/365Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

So has Mr Watty had a lightbulb moment?0

I think he did but I snaffled it out sadly by suggesting peanut butter sandwiches and buying a season ticket for train to go to work rather than current (expensive) mix of car and train.
An hour later I suggested buying some cheap online glasses using his prescription so that when he does things like spraying the fences with glop he doesnt get all over glasses.
Sadly he now imagines I want him in charity shop clothing, nhs glasses and eating jam sandwiches to save a few quid :rotfl:
I never mentioned charity shop clothing! Silently I thought would be better than ramshackle outfits currently being worn but wisely did not say. I have no idea if the NHS does glasses and we don't ever have jam in house ........suspect lightbulb moment snuffed out.
Onwards and upwards. Next time I will say "yes darling" and "wow I never thought of that" and "how wise you are...what could we do to save money" :rotfl:Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Didnt get as much done as I hoped today. Visited WI market and bought some sweet pea plants and parsley and 2 pasties which were yummy.
Resisted lots of other plants :A
Will give up going to WI market though as seller of delish shepherds pies no longer going to be there. Will have to start making own! Shame loved the convenience of no effort meals in freezer.
Gave away 4 dining room chairs on Freecycle. 18/365. Man was delighted with them which was charming. They are better than our dining room chairs but 70s G Plan looked so out of place! Man is planning to restore them.
Friend visited and took away a van full of stuff she had stored in our barn when she moved 5 years ago. Am counting as one thing 19/365 and am delighted to have hay barn back to just hay and my stuff.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
