Phew! What a week. Mr Watty seems to have fixed car for now which is excellent. Somehow the oil filler cap had come loose. We've no idea how that happened but for the cost of degreasing and washing off engine all fixed.

My smugness over decluttering was short lived as realistically there is more to go. So 5 items sold on ebay 5/365, 1 jumper thrown away as I havent worn it all winter and the colour doesnt really suit me and it wasnt really ebayable 6/356 one tester pot of beautifying and correcting moisturiser opened, tested (gave me an unnerving porcelain doll appearance) and throw away 7/365 and .. I'm not sure this counts but have finally passed my position on a regulatory body on to someone else. Am so relieved thats gone. 8/365 :rotfl:

Morning at dog agility. Now to catch up with the world :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

You are decluttering your life as well as your home.
I felt that way when my term as school governor was over!!

I like that ...decluttering life. thats nice:)

Took dog to obedience class. I suspect classes not really working as he was naughty :rotfl: Then went shopping for a navy show jacket as am planning doing some more shows and I really need a jacket that fits. It fits with the 'no clothes' because it is for competing baby so outside the embargo :)

The result of two shops was that the only jacket that fitted was £525!!!! The shop offered to discount but even so at £325 still wayyyy to expensive. Am tiny so was hoping for a childs one. Will continue looking :) am not spending that much!

Not particularly after a *brand* LGP. Just one that fits :) More shopping required!

Am coming to the realisation I really dont want to be working anymore :rotfl:Still its the motivation for paying down the mortgage I think.

Not much done MSE wise or decluttering yet though yesterday a couple of items sold. Will wait till they are on way out of door before counting!

Loving the sunshine :) Considering growing salad stuff this year to save some pennies in the supermarket. More importantly I miss cut flowers in the house. I gave up buying them to save money - and so am going to grow some for the house this year. Have a little patch of ground I'm going to use. Sunflowers and sweet peas seem a good choice. Any other suggestions welcomed.

I grew salad leaves last year and also planted up some cut'n'come again salad leaves. Believe it or not, I'm still cutting and they're still coming again :rotfl:. A bit bitter now, so I mix with round lettuce.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

Good luck in your jacket hunt.
I got one for a good price for DD off ebay.
Bit useless for trying on though.

Thanks for the idea about 'cut and come again' leaves. Am worried we'll end up eating weeds if its not a recognisable "lettuce" :rotfl:but will look into.

Also discovered we have a cold frame in the barn from my last veg growing session a few years back so may fetch that out. Turned veg patch into a tiny orchard as was too big to be managable by me on own and now just have tiny spot.

Decluttered car. Removed one carrier bag full of rubbish and restashed glove box appropriately. 9/365.

Hospital appointment and was in and out in under 30 mins :j so parking was free. :j

Dropped off at charity shop a boxed set of tango music CDs that havent sold on ebay despite many listings and a lovely - and once expensive - bling hairslide that has never been used as was just too heavy for my hair 11/365.

Have been checking accounts and have transferred £600 to savings pot for mortgage. Wont actually overpay that as not 100% sure wont need it this month so it can 'rest' there enroute!

Submitted article to magazine I write for and have decided to resign from writing. It was fun once but it just seems stressful at the moment. Will finish work on this issue then tell them. Wont count in decluttering life total until I am brave enough to resign!
