Sea, I'm going to do both challenges simultaneously - think my plan is continue claculating this one and adding it up as I go along
However start from zero on the Olympic (I think on the 12th) but essentially be counting the same stuff in both! Bit confusing but as the two totals won't add up to give total saved/made but will be overlapping...
Thats the way the makes sense to me as the main aim is to get motivation to make extra cash!
Anyway my totals now include:
Mystery Shopping: £100
AQA : £92.20
Quidco : £63.74
RPoints: £15.32
Matched Betting: £46.01
Other: £58.20
Did my MS and managed to win £6 on this months Coral game although was luck not risk free.;)
All this talk of travelling and interailling is making me very jealous!! Am now trying to think of some fun, easy profitable ways of making money while sitting on the sofa - preferably playing a game that pays out £5 a minute!!!!!:rotfl: Any ideas!
Not sure what going on with my totals!! This is getting v confusing - must do every day!! Think may have to start a spreadsheet for the Olympic challenge if amalready!!
Have a good day everyone!DFW Nerd #1310 -

Did you need to wager the full £100 to get the bonus released or did it release early like the 60 seconds one? That one released after about £20 I think. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Needed to wager it all - I needed to on the 60 seconds game as well??
The Olympic Challenge is a 6mth challenge starting on July 12th .
You can sign up to save/make £1000 (Bronze) £2000 (Silver) £3000 (Gold) or £4000 (platinum) I think!!
Theres a thread on here about it - similar idea to this one but a bit more long term so I am going to do them both concurrently for a while and then carry on with the Olympic til Dec 12th. New Joiners welcome I am sure!!DFW Nerd #1310 -
Don't feel like I've made much progress today, well not in monetary terms anyway! I've managed to wrestle some more change from my dh for the jam jar challenge, have signed up for a couple more survey sites, and for another MS site. I've also listed 2 things on ebay.
I'm going to do the unneccessary challenge next week for the first time so any money kept by from that will be added too I think.
Still to do clicks tonight - yawn!Debts - [STRIKE]£9925.64[/STRIKE] £8841.88 :T Aiming to get below £9k by the end of Oct.:D:D November aim - sub £7.5k!

Hi everyone! Sorry I havent been posting but I've been really busy and wanted to wait till I had some things to report. I've been working through my list I posted earlier and it's mounting up now- Yay!
Here goes:
1) Quidco - £83.87 tracked from opening an A&L account, Coral account and other odd bits
2) Matched Betting - hopefully £49.30 (only started today)
3) Changing Home Insurance - took up the special offer from Tesco and knocked £127 off my premium this month (that's 60% off)
4) Loose change around house and car - £5.38
5) Taking sandwiches to work during last two weeks - guesstimate of £20
6) Using Loyalty points at supermarkets - £7.50 and £13.20
That's £306.25! :T Not putting the total in my sig just yet as some of it isnt available cash yet
Next Steps
I've been accepted by AQA but, having sent my contract off more than a week ago, am still waiting for my starter pack. Freya, its Any Question Answered, a working-from-home job answering questions people send in from mobiles (see www.issuebits.com for more info)
I have £50 M&S vouchers I've had for 18months I want to sell to someone so I can count them in too. Plus gonna keep going with the matched betting.

Well Done Dee!
Thats fab progress - very impressive! I've had a good night AQA-ing, sometimes is better at the beginning of the mnth as at the end people are all trying to earn lots before pay day. Anyway managed to make £42.60, which is ALOT more than I have done for a while!!
Pushing that sig upwards - think have passed the £400 mark now so am happy:T Freya, check the website regularly for vacancies!!!
Have a good night everyone and will see you all tomorrowDFW Nerd #1310
