I currently have a stuck survey in my dashboard It says " NEW SURVEYS are available that you may qualify for. Click the button below to find out! The total value of these surveys is 85 Swag Bucks" so I do, and it says "There are more survey(s) on your dashboard available for you to complete" only when I go back to my dashboard there are no surveys and just the same message :mad:

I have a 85 SB survey stuck as well. I asked Swagbucks about this but they just apologized and gave me 10 SB.

Oh ok I'm not sure why Swag Run doesn't always credit for me. I haven't tried Swag Run yet.

Sorry I meant, other than the message coming up in red when you've already watched a video I don't know of any ways to check if you have before clicking on the video. Hmm I understand what you are saying, I do watch some of the videos but I can't keep track of everything I have watched, but I do try to go in order if I can. Some sort of marker on the video icon would be easier I guess.

I've had that for days Juno, and when I contacted them they just told me to delete cookies etc, which I don't really want to do at the moment as have just done and don't want to lose all my information again!

Go on the 'About Us' section then press ctrl + F on your keyboard and search for 'licensed and regulated' on the page and you'll find it there.
