This video is tasteless, why somebody would post it on youtube is beyond me!!

Also the fact nobody rushed to help this poor lady and a car even drove away is sickening.

    I guess that is true.

    But it was funny.:D

I had a Indian student friend at uni and I was discussing learning to drive with him. He said that while its getting stricter it was typically just to bride the tester and if you ever lost your licenece it was a simple case of reapplying with a slightly different name and another bribe to the examiner.

to be fair in India, all you need to know is clutch control, cos you're not going anywhere more than 10mph. Most of the stress of driving over there is probably how to barge yourself into traffic and use the horn liberally for just about everything.

It's not like you have to be competent to such a high degree that you need to be able to drive 70mph on motorways.
  • in russia people are reluctant to get involved in any incident for fear of being A.assaulted B.being shot, whitnesses are targets for intimidation abuse and threats of violence to change their story because accidents are big money for third parties.

in most of the accident vids ive seen even the ones who catch the accident on dash cam drive past or drive away, very few will stop unless damaged has been caused to their vehicle in the process of that accident that just happened infront of them.
