I know I'll be stocking up next month when the Boots Points events are on coz I want the points so I'd better get using stuff up.

  • Hanging around to see what bargains you girls can lead me to, speaking of which, I picked up the Atrix minis in the 99p shop the other day, bargain:money:
UU already Sanctuary body lotion mini
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

Thanks Sam for starting us off on yet another month of resistance, pampering and lusting after lovely products!

I am back in once more and I am celebrating my anniversary in joining in with this challenge. This is my 3rd year (newbies do not be put off - I had a monster stash):eek::eek:

Did well last month with 7UUs including some make up. This month I would like to finish off my instant leg spray and a body moisturiser. Anything else is a bonus. I do need mascara as I still have none and a loose powder to set my make up. Careful consideration has gone into both as I no longer just buy something on a whim to try.

If you have had 550 outs in 3 years, how many have you got left :p

I've even gotten to the point of making a spreadsheet for my scented candles to make sure I use those up before I buy new! :D

I have too many of them too! I have a Kringle and a Yankee shop in my town so it's hard to resist. :o

Oooh Kringle, that's a new one on me. Am currently burning True Grace 'library', a mossy, burnt wood candle that smells like reading a leather bound book in a wing back chair next to an open fire. Probably too deep a scent for most at this time of year, but with the windows open and this burning it's a beautifully subtle scent

Kringle is from the original owners of Yankee, they sold up and created Kringle a few years ago. Reminds me of older Yankee i.e. when the candles were much more strongly scented!

  • Well, my plan to stay out of Boots didn't last long! ;) I did however write a list before I went, and only bought what I needed. So my new ins are:

    Seventeen eyebrow pencil
    Boots essentials spearmint lip balm
Alberto Balsam mint and tea tree shampoo
    Boots cucumber face wipes

I should now be able to avoid Boots for the rest of the month! :j

Ooops, I have some to update from August...

    OUTs
27 - lush sexy peel soap, grapefruit, just soap really! I prefer some of their other ones.
28 - Sure maximum protection cream deo. I quite liked this at first but it got really gooey and messy. Probably wouldn't buy again.
29 - oral b 3d white toothpaste, sample size. OK, but I need sensitive toothpaste.
30 - avon supershock eyeliner. I really liked this but, you can't sharpen or twist it up so after about 5 uses it was done. Very poor for money saving...and obviously won't be buying from avaon again anyway.
31 - Shiseido perfect defining mascara, sample size. I only used this twice. It was awful! Like glue on your lashes! I actually had to use nail polish remover to get it off my hand where I'd sorted the blobs and clumps. It's taken all weekend gentle cleaning to get it off my lashes...at least it was free...but even at free I wouldn't have it again. Yuck!

OK, hopefully to use up some nice things now! Lol.
    28 -

Luvly - I sharpen my Avon supershock eyeliner, it is soft but sharpens fine.

Love that description of the candle. I too have a candle problem and have two large bags full of tarts, samplers and jars. At the moment I am burning Fireside Treats but it isn't my favourite, not very strong but when I do get a whiff it is nice.

Never heard of Kringle either but will be keeping a look out for them.

    Have a uu

Champneys Vita Miracle Body Cream 50ml, WBA if it is still available.

Had a look at the Instyle Mag for the PK freebie but didn't buy it, the £3.90 price tag was what clinched it, I know the freebie is worth more but seeing as I already have 1L (yes 1L) of Elasticizer I didn't need it. Had it been in a £2 mag I would have bought it anyway which just sums up how I have so much stuff.

Peace has been restored here at Dolly HQ, kids have gone back to school, not before spilling a full bowl of rice crispies and milk all over the dining table though. Bless em.
