Morning all!
I have two INs from Avon, it would have been more but I'm returning the two bargain bags I ordered as none of it is any good to me this time
Avon Clearskin Black Mineral Mask 75ml
Avon Hydra Radiance Liposome Cream 50ml
I paid just £2.75 for the mask, and if you got stuff of that page you got the cream for £1.99 instead of £10. Not sure when I'll get around to using the cream but for £1.99 I don't care lol!
Also it's not an 'IN' but I picked these up today!:D:D

Ordered them at the shopping event I was 'dragged' to last week, got them for about £20.
Awwww hun (((hugs))) x
Re the L'Occitane, we've all gone mad otherwise we wouldn't be here, just enjoy using it!
Love the slippers kadison. They look lovely and toasty warm.rogueylawyer wrote: »The dog is a family member's dog and I've been looking after him whilst they were in hospital, whilst obviously I'm happy they're out of hospital, he's a gorgeous dog and we're normally a dogless household. I'm going to miss him terribly.
I've gone v mad on the l'occ recently, between free gifts from
Fbook, free gifts at the girls night out events (I went to two within a week, and was called out by the shop assistant who thought it was hilarious. They had wine and chocolates AND toiletries, who could resist?!). When I'm home later ill work out just how much of my stash is now l'occ, I have a feeling it's a quarter or more!
Aww rogueylawyer...tough giving the doggie back. I would struggle with that too. One of my colleagues looks after rescue dogs before they can be put up for adoption. She loves it but really struggles saying goodbye.
Amazing haul too :T
1 run of the mill UU for me today - right guard spray deo. WBA and have another one to replace it.
Have a good weekend ladies. I am having a cultural activity weekend. Off to a museum then the theatre tomorrow night. No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -
Thanks for this Goose Girl! That is a great deal... hope you don't mind me asking, was that a code specifically for you or a general one?
I haven't used qvc before and couldn't seem to find any codes online. For those who use qvc, are there any ways of getting discounts that you are aware of? The only thing I could find was something about a referral code, but I only saw that in one place.
Thanks guys xx
ps. Goose Girl, Swimcap is 25% off on feelunique at the moment. There is also a 10% off code on top floating around (not sure if I can post it?!)... so you could potentially pick up the 75ml size for about £7 or the 150ml for £13.50 x
The code was sent to me on a postcard, and they are personal. SorryThey are sent out sometimes and at random; QVC are probably the worst for this. In three years, this is the first code I've ever had! They stopped doing topcashback and those sites around Easter too. Very hard to get extra discounts sadly.
On this item, I think the special price is on until their birthday in October. I think that's the case anyway!
Thank you so much for the feel unique offer; I'll certainly think about that.:T
EDIT: Oh for goodness sake. I have a Sunsorials by Matrix spray that I bought for UV filtering, that also works against chlorine...remind me how I have a stash?0 -

I think I'll probably put in an order soonish - but if anyone else does have something called an "introductory offer code", please let me know (when signing up to QVC, they say it's a code you can receive from a friend which will result in both getting a discount code/amount applied to their accounts... but can't find too much about it when I google it)

Ooooh is it?! I shall try to remember to check this out in store this week. Have you ever tried the Antipodes grapeseed butter cleanser? If you like the Liz Earle/Emma Hardie type cleansers, you may like this one too x Not to be an enabler or anything
x
OK have been using the Ltd Ed C&P all week as my night time cleanser and whilst I love the smell can't say it's made a difference to my skin. I've seen in the latest LE emails I've received that it's sold out so can't repurchase I suppose.Goose_Girl wrote: »It's a 40ml tube of Elasticizer by Philip Kingsley. So good in fact even disapproving hubby suggested I stock up :rotfl:
Have picked up a copy of this mag today. I am really hating my hair at the moment. Am at the hairdressers on Friday and hoping he can perform miracles.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Sam.4000 Thanks for the welcome! I've taken part before but haven't for about a year or so
Welcome back Willow xxSee, I have 2 shades of foundation, one for summer, one for winter, I don't change them until about October time....mind you I go on my 'summer' hols in September so I want to stay bronzed then (well, as bronzed as I get anyway!), tbh I use less bronzer in winter but due to my strawberries and cream complexion, I need it to balance me out a bit.
I'm just eyeing up a new pot of Laura Geller Balance N Brighten at the mo as it's on EP. Will need to call QVC though cos I can't remember what shade I used to order.I have too many of them too! I have a Kringle and a Yankee shop in my town so it's hard to resist.
That would be a stinger if we had that kind of shop near home or work. There's a small card shop near work that sells YC but doesn't really have much of a selection.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Be strong and resist
I know. I stupidly wandered into Boots with Emma this morning to buy her a sandwich to take to karate with her and ended up paying for a new bottle of foundation for her and a lip crayon. Ended up with one of these vouchers which I'll donate to my friend at work as I don't use No 7 and she does.
We had a smell of the new One Direction fragrance whilst instore and it smelt very flowery and old lady like. Maybe Harry had a lot of imput then ?? (oooh miaow!). Please don't any MSE Directioners flay me - I'm only joking. I love the boys really. Did anyone see them on League of Their Own last week?Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I picked up the l'occitane order. Found out tonight that I'm returning my foster dog at the weekend, so I've been quite down and had a little cry about it. I'm going to miss him like crazy.
In an effort to cheer myself up, I've added all my new l'occitane to the stash sheet. It is a lot... I spent £40 and received the following (numbers are ml):
L'occitane 25% shea butter
ultra rich body cream Body lotion 8ml
L'occitane divine cream moisturiser 1
L'occitane fabulous serum moisturiser 1
L'occitane precious cream moisturiser 1
L'occitane precious eye balm Eye treatment/cream 1
L'occitane fabulous serum moisturiser 1
L'occitane verbena edt wipe Perfume 0.3
L'occitane firming and
smoothing milk concentrate Body lotion 8
L'occitane shampoo dry and damaged Hair products 8

L'occitane dry and damaged conditioner Hair products 8

L'occitane repairing shampoo Hair products 35
L'occitane repairing conditioner Hair products 35

L'occitane repairing conditioner Hair products 75
L'occitane lavender foaming bath Shower and bath gel 100
L'occitane pivoine flora shower gel Shower and bath gel 75
L'occitane lavender shower gel Shower and bath gel 75
L'occitane body lotion Body lotion 75
L'occitane verbena body lotion Body lotion 75
L'occitane 15% shea dry skin foot cream Foot treatment/cream 10
L'occitane cherry blossom hand cream Hand treatment/cream 10
L'occitane cherry blossom bath and shower gel Shower and bath gel 250
That also came with free delivery. I basically stacked up the offers: purchased the cherry blossom shower gel and perfume for £27.50, added the away kit for £12.50, for me to £40 free delivery, added the souvenirs from provence web freebie, the tin gift freebie and the hair duo freebie (but because I bought three items they let me request three of the freebie haircare sets, I didn't think theyd authorise it) plus my two samples for having ordered.
A lot of haul for not very much money.
Ooh lovely haul. I do love going into the L'occitane store. They always ply me with a free drink of sometime whilst I'm wandering around and I love playing with the sink. I think I really need to get out more!!
My UU this week (and sadly there has only been one!) is my bottle of L'occitane Jasmine and Bergamot shower gel. Loved this. Still have the fragrance and body lotion to UU though.
Have brought three shower gels out of the stash to replace it as I now feel I need a variety of them on the go to choose between. So have now got ready to use: Elemis Frangipani shower cream (to use with the aforementioned body lotion), Bath and Body Works White Citrus shower gel (to use with the L'occitane Mint Verbena scrub) and Philosophy Raspberry Sorbet shower gel (to use with the TBS blueberry body butter that I have had opened for ages which I hope is still ok). Thankfully our new part time support secretary started this week and now I should stop using the excuse of not having time to apply body lotion.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I've shopped with QVC in the past (OK, will rephrase that I used to be a QVC addict) and have never seen this code sorry. Sometimes they send codes via email but I haven't had one of these for a long time. Suspect I'm not spending enough with them anymore.
Note all the comments re: Elasticizer on here and am going to open mine and use it today. That way if I love it I can go on a recce around town near work for more copies of the mag.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Hello all! OK my first batch of UUs this month....
Philosophy Candy cane shower gel 480ml - WNBA, though I love this brand, this one was too minty and made my eyes water!
The Body Shop Love Etc. Body Butter 200ml - WBA, lovely scent and sank in very well
Philosophy Purity made simple 30ml & 6ml sachet - WNBA, too highly fragranced, got right up my nose!
Herbal Essences Tousle me softly conditioner 400ml - WMBA, HE is a decent cheapie brand
No 7 Beautiful Skin Eye Make-up remover 100ml - WBA, I have sensitive eyes and this doesn't irritate them
Schwarzkopf Live Color XXL - 87 Mystic Violet - WNBA, colour is nice but this stuff stank and took three washes (of three shampoos each) to get rid of the chemical smell. Also it took a very long time for the colour to run clear. I did get it on a glitch last year for 10p though so it's not too terrible! :rotfl:

How did you get on with the Philosophy Purity? I loved the result it gave me - at the time I suffered badly with milia and this got rid of it all - however it left my skin feeling really tight.
I feel I have to rave about QVC Customer Services. I called and asked what shade of BnB I've used in the past and the guy went away, looked at my archived records and phoned me back. So am off now to order some plus some spackle as I have none at all of either.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge.
