OK, so most of the major, essential house works are done and paid for now! Just a re roof to go but that's not urgent

So my plan now is all the excess money I get will be stashed for full and finals. If they are refused, then the lump sum will be paid off my mortgage and so the cycle will continue until they are accepted

Work is very good, summers coming and mentally, I'm in a good place. Feeling very positive for this year :D

Just doing my figures......not great for making my brain sleepy but hey ho! Anyway, so far to date, I have paid off 21.9% of my total debts. £850 will get me to 25% ...a whole quarter.....on a mission now!

I never worked the % out before and I'm quite liking it :D

As of today, 3 not contacted me. 1 supplied a possible u enforceable one, 1 appears to be correct and waiting on one more coming from the OC via DCA

So, new year and new start!

Over the last few months, I have just been making the payments to my creditors with the view to offering lump sums this year, however........

My car is now terminally sick so all extra monies will be put in my new car fund. The roof also needs to be done this year as each repair is costly due to scaffolding. Bite the bullet and get it re done!

Maybe the latter half of the year will see my debts going down substantially but as long as they're not going up and the creditors are happy with what they're getting, Allstate good

Will slowly work through the snagging list for my house. They're only small jobs that can be done for very little or free by myself. De cluttering and selling as I go
