Ok, I'm not known for being a shrinking violet
so I voiced my opinion to the guy at the office of this potential job. Apparently, the lady who interviewed me was responsible for the training regime and had left rather suddenly 2 days after my interview, so nobody knew what she had or hadn't done. I told him this was very unprofessional and he should have checked before wasting people's valuable time....and yes I honestly said that to him! Had nothing to lose :rotfl:
Anyway, with a bit more discussion, he confirmed that I definitely will get the hours after training. I was cheeky and said I will have to fit it in around my current commitments now so it will take several weeks and he was fine with that. It does mean I doubt I will be earning till at least December
A point came up in another thread about statements and how do I know how my debts are performing. The answer was I don't know! So, I bought a ledger to fill in manually. I had rung some CC to ask why and they said statements were no longer issued to me due to the fact that seeing a minimum payment of £2,661 might be a little upsetting
As I had not booked clients in for today, as I thought I was training, I'm going to make use of the day and get some jobs done around the house. Main one being, I need to re hang a door I took off while laying floorLBM.....sometime in 2013 £27,056. 10 creditors

Didn't realise it has been over a week, since I wrote here!!! Been keeping up on the NSD challenge though

Had a busy week at work and other stuff. Should have two days of training for this job I applied for on Tuesday and Wednesday but a job has come up in my local garage which would be fab! More hours and I can walk so no fuel eating into the pay check. I went and got the application form this morning and will drop it off later. I'm just torn now as to wether I go to the training as that means I have to take day off in my business so no pay. Yet, there's no guarantee that I will get the garage job....... Wish I had crystal ball :rotfl:
I wrote myself a list of jobs to do and must get motivated to start them!

Second shift in new job today and it's going well. Most techno stuff has now sunk in the grey matter. I can't believe how busy it is for a village petrol station! Haven't stopped in either shift!

Since starting my new job, my business went mental and Christmas Eve was the first day off I had since 9th November!!!
I had Xmas Eve, Xmas day and Boxing Day off and now back to work.
I will be finishing the year having paid off my mortgage arrears, finally paid my daughter back for my car purchase (last Feb) and paid off my car insurance 6 months early
My overdraft is also looking the healthiest it's been for years.
Traditionally Jan and Feb are quiet times at work so the new job will be handy and even better if I don't have to use that money for living. Here's hoping
Hope everyone had a good Xmas and happy new year to allLBM.....sometime in 2013 £27,056. 10 creditors
