I am starting to bulk cook for the freezer again so the pressure cooker and slow cooker will take a hammering.

sunday - some sort of trout en croute a la made up by merlin with parsley sauce and veg

Monday - pressure cooked cottage pie
Tuesday - hm pizza and chips
wednesday - mackerel with coconut rice and veg
thursday - pressure cooked spag bol
friday - Pork chops and cauli cheese and peas
Saturday - pressure cooked chicken and dumplings

Not necessarily in that order and lunches will most likely be pressure cooked tom soup as a pan full will do us a week. Slow cooker will be on for chicken stock. And there'll be loads of extra to go in the freezer from at least 4 of those meals too :)

Sunday - Spinach, bacon and artichoke pasta

    Monday - Lasagne

Tuesday - Fish and chips (from the freezer)

    Wednesday - Fajitas

Thursday - Maybe pulled pork (had some left over from last week that we froze) with eggs and mash.

    Friday - ?? Surprise!

Saturday - possibly a sneaky take out pizza, we have a £10 off voucher for Papa Johns when you spend over £20 and we can share one large so it'll work out quite cheap for a treat.

Breakfast depends on the day, if I'm working a long day I take a cereal bar into work with me, if not and I have time I get a bowl of maple pecan clusters.

Lunches again vary on the day, this week I have a pack of wraps to use though so it'll be some variant on that.
