  • Do you have a recipe for this please?

Umm, not exactly! Its adapted from a Hairy Dieters recipe but I'll give it a bash re quantities

Fry off chopped chilli & chicken
Add tin of coconut milk, 6 kaffir lime leaves, 2 tbsp fish sauce, pinch of sugar, 2 tbsp Goan curry paste & about 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
Simmer & add sliced peppers and mange tout
Simmer a bit more til thick and add dessicated coconut, serve and top with coriander

Could add some roasted peanuts too I guess, might try that next time :p

    Enjoy!
