Why do we not see any threads about peoples actual court appearances?

Why's it odd? You just know that if you accept you're going to lose. You don't want to lose face, back down and admit you're wrong.

Why not wind your neck in and start playing grown ups?
I've expressed my suspicion of you, and you've responded. Why not just let it go and let it play its course?

Think that's enough off topic back and forth for now.

Both these threads seem off. Almost as if people are trying to get rid of the "newbie" sign. Lots of alarm bells ringing.
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Sigh. I guess the pcc's would be rubbing their hands at the infighting. Let it go and stick to the topic would be the best course of action.

I've been keeping a close eye on these pcn threads as I'm fighting one myself, and one thing I don't understand is why nobody on here mentions ever actually being to court to defend themselves?
I expect the majority of people either pay up when they receive the court papers or reach a settlement later on in the process, but that's just my own suspicion.

It's also the case that PE has only been issuing summons en masse for a few months so those cases that are fully defended may not have reached the hearing stage yet.

There is also the fact that while people are keen to post when they need help, once the matter is concluded they may not bother with the forums any more.

It's often repeated on here that PE will drop the case if it's fully defended but I've not seen any evidence of that either.

Why not grow up and post under your real user name? Do it now if you are grown up enough?

Who are you really? Why would anyone with real credentials sign up on MSE under an obvious AE? Distraction I suggest.

I'm not here to investigate you, I have better things to do - just highlighting my suspicions over you - your posts and actions on here will be proof enough.

From an exchange of pm with pedalpower I am prepared to believe he is genuine .

You can 'sigh' forever and a day under your AE. Who are you really?

    Good enough for me.

Apologies to pedalpower for the suspicion.

Someone got it wrong then...strange how they signed up to MSE only two days ago...and admit to being an AE!
