Stop gloating!
I hope you appreciate how lucky you are.
Not gloating, I just thought most people slept like I do. I can't understand how someone can be really tired and yet be unable to sleep.
And yes, I do appreciate how lucky I am after reading this thread.
Mind you, it must be really odd for those who can sleep to go to bed in a house that is untidy and wake up to find that the house cleaning fairy, the ironing fairy and the baking fairy have been.

I don't usually have a problem falling asleep, but will often awake 2-4 hours later feeling restless.
My usual strategy is to put on Radio 4 (which is World Service in the small hours) which lulls me off into a sort of doze after a bit. I then get up and have breakfast early (say 5-6am), mess around online after that for about an hour, then go back to bed when I'll then sleep quite well for about 2 hours before finally getting up properly.0 -
I just lay there quietly, trying not to worry/stress about not being asleep as that's the worst thing you can do. Sometimes get the kindle out or make a milky drink but try to avoid it.
Interesting re: the multivits. Might give that one a go!0
