Yes really. I did also say it would be a long drawn out process, etc, etc. It's not just a case of turning up to court.

BUt if you don't have a problem with a DCA harassing you then why do you want to know the info and how do you intend to get them to pay compo?

But you don't need the info for yourself. You give the firm impression you want people to do your research for you. Professional research is expensive, but your local library will help, for a fee.

I'm sorry if anyone has been so sensitive as to have upset by what I said to them.

I asked a simple question "Can someone point me to any threads/sites wrt people suing DCAs for harassment etc."

As I expected some replies were helpful, some were downright wrong and others simply ignored the question and asked me questions which were of no relevance.

That's the internet for you!!!
