    I read the post a hours ago and its always said that when the laptops were bought they did not insure laptops (but sold the insurance anyway), but when the claim was made they said they had started insuring laptops but refused to insure this one.

    In fact the OP doesn't appear to have been edited at all because it doesn't say when it was last edited (like mine now does).

    the OP must not HAVE added anything after you read the OP.

    And if you ask a question please use a question mark '?'

    From reading the OP it appears that ASDA didn't offer insurance (for laptops) at the time of purchase but now do.
