Turning right: do you indicate left or right at this junction?

According to this, theoretically, both could be correct:
http://www.direct.gov.uk/prod_consum_dg/groups/dg_digitalassets/@dg/@en/documents/digitalasset/dg_070566.pdf
'Move out to the X' or 'Turn X'.
So your movement out of the junction in this case is, effectively a move to the left, but you are actually turning right.
Also, this states:
https://www.gov.uk/general-rules-all-drivers-riders-103-to-158/signals-103-to-106
"use them to advise other road users before changing course or direction, stopping or moving off"
so, that could be implied that it is used to indicate what 'direction' you are following.
Just being Devil's advocate here, obviously the correct way would be to indicate right (avoiding ambiguity with actually turning left).0
