Picked up a mystery shop to do on the way to the Tesco Food Evening tomorrow, going with my Dad, we're planning to do this weeks shopping after the food event, so hopefully we'll stick to a planned list.

Dragged my slow cooker out of the garage, so we'll be having the slow cooked gammon on Thursday I expect. Also found my boxes of toiletries so I don't need to worry about going buying any shampoo or conditioner yet, and my waterproof running jacket - I might even get out and go for a run soon!

Just logged in to my crowdology account and found there was £4.8 in the account so I've withdrawn the money so thats another £4.70 in my paypal account to cover the costs of my weekends away.

My paypal account must be feeling loved today.

£1 in to it from qmee and £25 from swagbucks.

Did a mystery shop this evening on the way to the local Tesco Food Evening which is now written up and hopefully will be passed for payment quickly.

Mystery shop passed for payment already.

Cooked dinner this evening, roast baby new potatoes, carrots and parsnips with slow cooked gammon. Was lovely to come home after a walk to find the kitchen smelled of the cooking gammon, and hopefully I can talk my Dad in to giving slow cooking a try too.

Pursuaded Dad to buy me a couple of boxes of coke cans as I like to have the occasional glass of cola but if I have a large bottle I'll just keep refilling, realised earlier that if you buy 2x24 cans of coke you can get £4 cash back from click snap - we bought that size in Tesco as it was on offer at £6 a box. :)

Submitted the reciept and it's showing as payable already, and tomorrow I can change my quidco account to the basic one and not have to pay the fees any more, so have £3.25 pending from the cokes, and from now on I can hopefully get back to earning a bit on it each month as I won't be losing the check ins and click snap money to cover the fee.

Quidco account downgraded. Fingers crossed I need to be going in to town regularly now to get the checkins when they're available.

Not got much done today, too much wandering around being confused!

But I did go for a run for the first time in months, my ankle felt pretty good while I was running so am hoping that it doesn't swell up again.

Got home from the run shortly before my Dad got home so decided to go for a walk with him too, so run 1.5 miles and walked another 3.6.

Got a job application form filled in and needing to be dropped off tomorrow about 30 miles from home, should be a pretty easy run as long as the motorways are clear, and probably good for my car since at the moment it seems to be doing long journeys then sitting on the drive for a week before I touch it again!

Job application dropped off, the drive took 35 mins there and 40 back which is about what I expected so I know its reasonable to do it daily if I get the job. Course I need to get an interview first!

Went for a run this evening Dad and I drove up to one of the local reserviors as it's flatter than the one we walk to from home I ran it one way while Dad walked the other, roughly a 3 mile run in 36 minutes and a 8 min walk from where I met up with Dad back to the car as I didn't think to get the car key off him and didn't want to be standing around!

Just checked my email, I've won another goodreads book, it's one which looks more like my kind of reading material than the last couple I won so really looking forward to getting it.:j

Rather annoyed though as the remote control for my humax box has stopped working, seems to be a common fault, and the humax branded replacement costs almost £30 on amazon.

Been looking at myself in the big bathroom mirror and realised just how undefined my arms look now - they were always the one part of my body I was happy with, from carrying diving kit around keeping them toned, and now they're just not. So thinking about spending some l2s vouchers on a relatively light kettlebell to throw in some strength training on days I don't want to run over winter.
