i use the stalks shredded in soups
mainly soups that need long cooking0 -
I use them in soups,
in stir frys,
when making spring rolls (not as the roll but insode the roll),
add it into bolaganese,
add it to stews,
stir fry it and mix it with mash,

of course....if you cut it up really finely - no one knows it's in there!!!! just bulks it out and makes you feel good for using it all up!!! or if very sneaky wizz it up in the blender and add to sauce!!!0

Could you possibly shred them very finely then fry with some smoked bacon. Add carraway seeds and nutmeg and if you have any mix it with either cream or creme fraiche. That's what I always do with the festive sprouts for those who are not keen on them in their unadulterated state. Just a thought!

Can anyone tell me if you can use radish leaves for anything eg. soup?
