I rang back the Dealer he said not to worry as he a Sorn it and to just hand back the Docs so I am not going to worry, if the car had had the v5 at the time we would be in for 4 grand ,, I learn t not to let my hubby rush into buying things;)
He may have sorned it but that SORN is cancelled when the car gets a new owner ie your husband.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0 -

Don't rely on the dealer, any problems will go got to your husband as he is the registered keeper, not him.
Make sure that both the dealer and your husband complete the yellow V5C/3 part of the V5C, and your husband sends it to the DVLA.0
