    Marks and spencer do larger sizes - and in cup size so the length isn't long. Many of my students find them a good fit and hood value.

    Thank you; she's OK for school things, most of it has to have the "official" school badge on it and we've managed to get everything to fit! She did have to go up to a size 14 in school skirts though!

    It's mainly just comfortable, casual clothes she doesn't need anything dressy because we never go anywhere that needs it!

    We're having problems getting things to fit around the chest and around the waist, also she hates anything tight fitting round her tummy (like skinny t-shirts etc) and TBF I think she wouldn't like this even if she was thinner.

    She's a bit like her mum, she tends to go for comfort over style!

    Okay, so a size 14 isn't so bad when it comes to finding relatively trendy pre-teen clothes.

    A couple of online companies that have pre-teen ranges (9-14) are;

    Boohoo Sister - part of boohoo.com

    M&Co - Kylie range

    All kids clothes should be sold by height and chest measurements etc....using a kids age as a clothes size is absolutely ridiculous, even when my daughter was born at 9lb 11 oz she couldn't fit into the 'newborn' babygrows and had to go into the 3 to 6 months size!! My daughters have never fitted into the right age bracket when buying clothes.
