Black trainers for my oldest is are really hard to find. They have to be all black, no other colour at all. Preferably velcro. Must be sporty, and he is a mens size 8.5.
Have found some for my younger son though.
I got my boy some from Clarks when we got his shoes. He got all black Velcro shoes and all black Velcro trainers. My middle son also has Velcro all black shoes.. trainers are not good for the feet when worn all the time.
I still need to buy 1 pair of shoes and we are done.. uniform for 5 sorted, college/school bags for 7 all done.. enrolments done today (and a letter for an £800 trip!!! plus passport/spending money etc)
..
Bring on next Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

I try to spin the coats and sweatshirts out two years if I can. But they get a new pair of shoes and trainers each year. I've also bought six polo shirts each, four trousers/skirts and a mountain of socks.0

Ii have just popped to Tesco and stocked up and socks and shirts for the youngest.
The oldest has just tried all his uniform on from last year, and it still fits him..is it skanky to use the same uniform??
Having trouble finding some nice black trainers, without laces and within budget, for the oldest.0 -

DD is only 4 and is starting primary school in September. We have got most things already but we still need to get:
PE Kit - White T-shirt, Black shorts, Plimsolls (or as we are Bristolian - "daps"!:D)
Black school shoes.
2 or 3 more white polo shirts.
Gym bag
I am loathed to buy too much though as we are moving house in a couple of months, and the new school has a completely different uniform.Value of prizes 2010 - 2017: £8374 Wins 2022: Magic set

I hate uniforms of ALL kinds.
My old head teacher was VERY strict with uniform and you weren't allowed in doors without blazer on n jacket off. He mad you stand in the P!!!!!G rain changing them n getting soaked. He had a policy on shoes only and would constantly try to get me to change into lost property shoes as I had to wear trainers. Problems with knee joints and foot shape. He refused to listen to all the health pros as he knew better.0
