I paid this company £200 over a year ago to investigate if I was entitled to reclaim PPI, I was told at the time I would be refunded if they were unsucessfull, to date they do not return phone calls answer letters or reply to complaints left on thier website, I am at a loss as to how to communicate with this company to try to get a refund.
