Hi there I'm one of the happy ones ,great service and over half the price of BT .
I have to say as they 20% of the uk phone market ,if they were really as bad as
made out they wouldn't have over 4 million customers !!0 -
talktalk is usually fine once the service is up and running, but getting it set up and cancelling can be a pain0

I've used them for about 6 years and am happy - the service is good, had a few minor problems and their support is a bit frustrating but no worse than other companies eg utilities.0

same for me, I use them for landline and BB. My bills are less than half what they were with BT so I'm a happy bunny.0 -
Very happy. Great prices/service and customer service always gets there in the end.
Their forums are excellent so far http://www.talktalkmembers.com0 -
When it works, it's fine. When it doesn't, or you have a billing issue, you quickly discover why it's so cheap. No free lunch, and no free laptop

I had a billing issue - it was sorted with a 5 min phone call. I had more problems sorting a billing issue with EDF!When it works, it's fine. When it doesn't, or you have a billing issue, you quickly discover why it's so cheap.
Their support isn't the best but then it isn't the worst either. I've heard plenty of examples of appauling CS from the likes of BT and Virgin...0 -
I wouldn't be using BT or VM as the benchmark for high quality CS either! No free lunch, and no free laptop

Very happy, been with them for 5 years.
Essentials package total for the month £12-50, that can`t be beaten by anyone.

I love/hate TalkTalk. I love the price but hate having to keep phoning them up to sort out service problems. My internet at home is now barely usable and I will be swapping to a cable service when I find a good deal/provider. Unfortunately I think they are all pretty poor when it comes to customer service. :-(0
