Dear Mr Zappahey,
We have investigated your complaint with the operator and can advise as follows. The operator received your first appeal on the 28th August 2013. The attached reply was sent on the 10th September 2013 requesting further information.
The operator has advised they received further correspondence from you on the 18th November 2013 whereby they replied with a POPLA code. I have noted the POPLA code had an incorrect “P” on the end and this was due to an admin error which has been rectified and the operator has assured me this will not happen again.
The operator has confirmed the ticket has been cancelled due to the admin errors involved with your case. Rectifications have been made to ensure these admin errors do not occur again.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have closed the investigation.
Kind regards,

Well done on that
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I'd like to think I played a small part in that.What goes around - comes around0 -
And now, following a response from the SIA, the complaint is in to them about the false claim that UKCPS is SIA approved. What goes around - comes around0

Hi all
I was also issued with a ticket from UKCPS, they stated I was seen leaving the car park at a time when I was nowhere near the area. I have since had the first warning letter from them.
On previous forums I have seen posts that just say to ignore these, they will send 5 or 6 letters and then just stop. Is this what I should do? I've also heard people refer to POPLA code, what is this, should it appear on the ticket (all I can see is a reference number). Ticket was issued in South Bristol Retail Park.
Thanks, EddieEagle0 -
The current advice is not to ignore but you should start your own thread and read the stickies if you want to get the best adviceWhat goes around - comes around0

Yes please read the newbie thread by coupon - sticky at the top of forum and start your own thread.
Appealing to POPLA can only be done after first appealing to the PPC, who then issue a POPLA code.
You state you have received a warning letter - was this the first notice to keeper - as you will not have long to make a first appeal.0
