I note that there's an email address for reporting "wrong information, a broken link or a technical problem" given on this page of the MSE site:
If you think you can persuade MSae to change their numbers, drop them an email.

The thread reflects the "old" title of the MSE guide, from when it went into the various rent-a-roof schemes as well as grant funding.
