Not ideal if spoken with a London accent, though. :)

Did hear of a dog called 'Hovis', which I think is brilliant!

How about 'Marmite' - cos some people love those types of dogs and some people hate them!

My friend is getting a dog and wants to call him Bovril:rotfl:

Edited to add - I met a dog the other day called Cono. Never heard that before, so I've just googled it. Erm..... In Spanish its a slang word for the female genitalia

That's pronounced 'konyo', has a tilde (wiggly hat) over the 'n'. It's more than likely the Hawaii-50 explanation!
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

TM2's tally in little over a week (carpet aside) is 2 laundry baskets, the leg off a footstool, a shoe and a handbag. Most of which were mothers. :o
So on the grounds I wouldn't know what to do with a well-behaved dog, he's starting to look more like a keeper. With the proviso that I need to start get the pulling on the lead under control so that mum can walk him.
No further on the names though, hit a bit of a mental block. Plus I've decided I'm not naming him till I've definitely decided I'm keeping him. Seems like tempting fate otherwise.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

We have a Tora - short for toerag.
Anything else was just plain rude & would have had us arrested for shouting it in public
