Name that dog.

There is a chance that temporary mutt 2 may become permanent. Early days yet, we're keeping an open mind and seeing how it goes - by no means a done deal.
TM2 was picked up as a stray and given a terrible name by the pound. Which he hasn't yet learned as the previous foster also hated the name so just called him "boy."
So if he does stay I'm looking for a proper name for him, but nothing is coming to mind. I'm not allowed to post pictures of him, but picture mutt (my avatar) as black rather than brindle, with the same white nose but a bit of staffy around the head - wider and less egg shaped with floppier ears.
Killer, Tyson, Psycho etc are out. But nothing else really comes to mind - I like the old fashioned names for girl bullies, but doesn't work so well for males - he's not an Albert!
Ideas please.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

You need a 'country gent' name for an EBT.

Harold, George, Ernie, Frank, Arthur, that kind of thing, imagine him with a flat cap on and a pipe. ;)

There's one near me called Nigel.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Teo.

2 short syllables, so easy for dog to recognise. Unisex name too.

Our new dog wasn't wanted by prev owner, have only had him a few weeks. Last owner called him theo, which we don't like, so spent couple weeks trying to find a new name. Then someone suggested removing the H. Teo :)
