Ballach - Gaelic for boy or have a look here :). http://www.fundognames.com/male-dog-names.html

How is this "Ballach" pronounced? When I first saw it I thought it might be like calling out "Bollock"!

Sorry I should know better as I am actually from Ireland!

I think Simon could sound quite authoritative if said in the right tone ??

Is your current dog actually called Mutt?....if so you could call new one Ley (pronounced Lee).....then you would have Muttley..........-kll go now.
Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.

Idris. I love the name. :D. If ever I get to name a male puppy, that's what he's going to be called, after Idris the dragon from Ivor the Engine. :D

Current spaniel's puppy name was Boris, which got changed to Dexter by his previous owner.
Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j

If all else fails, remember, keep calm and hug a spaniel!
