    Hi Monkeymou. So sorry to hear you are in this situation. I agree with the other moneysavers that the best thing for you to do is downsize to a manageable house and rent/mortgage. Best to do it now before baby comes otherwise it will be harder. Apart from the financial side you may struggle with the cleaning and maintenance, so a smaller place would be sensible all round. Once your outgoings are much less you stand a chance of making ends meet. Good luck!
