Lied in court about being unable to work.

Why would anyone object, unless they have something to hide?
i would have no problems with it.
In fact, I would object.
I don't claim anything means tested, and have convinced the government that it should be paid, therefore it is, in my opinion, none of anyone else's business.

Harveybobbles hasn't posted another thing on this thread, whilst everyone else has been debating with each other..Hmmmmmmmm0

I will tell you the point of view from what a fmr Policeman knows (must be careful as my stalker keeps on reporting my posts that either get deleted or gets me yellow cards! :T),
If you feel someone has lied to the courts, the offence is perjury, I have never seen an instance where happens in Magistrates that it gets dealt with it back there. It always IME goes up to Crown Court.
Anyway, when you feel it's a case of perjury, sit down and write out in real detail why, where, when, how. Plus some photos! If you don't lay in right in the lap of the Police they will not investigate it, unless the person who has done it affronted the copper in the first place and DWP Prosecutions don't touch the Police system.
Book an appointment with the local Inspector, no one lower as they will palm you off. They will listen to you, assure you etc, then give it to someone to investigate. As you would have given all the evidence in their laps, it should be the case the bobby given your complaint will just confirm your info.
Once they know someone has (solicitors when speaking in court, do so in aliunde) done it, they will prosecute. It's one of the flag offences.
Try that.0 -

Sorry but I don't agree. I am a taxpayer AND receive benefits.
It is only right that those that do receive benefits paid for in part by me should have the information published. I have no objections if my details, name, address, amount etc were published. At least that way people could see that the whole system is transparent.
There is no shame in claiming benefits so why the refusal?0 -

Off you go then Andy tell us what benefits you receive and how much you get!
Also do you recall in a previous life under a different AE you claimed that "Everyone Can Work" however you avoided answering the simple question of how someone in a Persistent Vegetative State could work like This person. In your new incarnation do you think you could give it another try!!0 -
Everyone working in the public sector should have their details splashed all over the interweb in that case.
After all, the tax-payer is paying their wages. We need to know how much they are getting. From the Chief Constable to the Mayor to the lollipop man.just passing through.... Nothing to see....0 -
People in receipt of benefits are not second class citizens.
They should be afforded basic rights just like anyone else, including the right to privacy.
It's shocking what some people think they should be entitled to know just because they pay tax and NI.Herman - MP for all!0 -

What many people who don't do their homework on this matter forget is that there are many many people who are working and thus maybe paying tax and claiming benefits. Also thre are many people who have worked paid taxes and are now claiming benefits.0 -

Those that are working AND claiming benefits should be exempt from disclosing their earnings - only benefits received should be published.
And those that have paid tax in the past don't cut any ice with me. There is no pot with their name on it. When they paid tax they supported those that claimed benefits and would have thought that they would like to know where their money went?
It's quite simple - all I am suggesting is that those that are taking money out of the pot that is being kept topped up by taxpayers should have their details and income made public.
Surely in today's world we are all expecting to see transparency in what happens to public money?0 -

Off you go then Andy lets see what you get in benefits and try to answer in your current AE the Everyone Can Work question before you have to regenerate again?0
