Special Delivery item missing - signed as Delivered on website

Hello, 20th of August I've bought item for 200 pounds on eBay. As I saw later it has been dispatched as Special Delivery at 22th of August to Royal Mail. Day later I've checked the number on Track and Trace website. It shows the item has been Delivered. I check out the signature - some scribbles, my surname under the…
