    Day 1 officially done :)
Took a packet of crisps, orange, apple, and a Cinnamon and Raisin Bagel. Finished work at 1pm, so ate it on the way home :)

Count me in too please - loving the lunch ideas on the first page. Will def be using those.

I am usually quite good at taking lunch to work as the canteen is extortionate. I struggle to be organised when I stay at my partners house on a night before work.

I have 11 days at work in September so put me down for 11 please :D

Can I join please? Am usually pretty good at taking lunch to work when not travelling, but desperate to get more variety than cheese sarnies !

Will have 16 days in the office, so am going to be ambitious and aim for all 16 - with an extra target of trying at least 1 new thing each week!!

What an excellent idea, trying something new one day a week :T maybe we should all try this :)

Count me in - I'm working 11 days in September thanks to a 2-week holiday; a cooking fest beckons. I've just found out I'm wheat intolerant and the fibre in veggies is upsetting me too, so I'm rather flummoxed on what I can manage to eat. Frozen frittata slices or crustless quiche and yoghurt is a possibility. Because so little of what is out there is wheatfree (apart from salad) I have to fall back on my own resources rather than buy something on the hoof and make myself ill.

That is a really good idea! :D

Can I aim for 20 days please? I *might* get 3 of them free on courses, but don't know as yet....

Welcomings to Tiglath and lotti :hello: I'll add you both to the list.

Tiglath have you been given any diet sheets or anything? I know what it's like having problems with food, the only time I've felt OK inside is when I've been on a low carb diet but it's oh so very boring!

    Good luck!

I'm in! 21 working days in September for me, and I aim to take my own lunch in for each and every one. Gulp!
