And Yes FSH well up till june last year as only used for 5 months after that

    FSH is irrelevant

Car is outside warranty period the dealer provided and too long after sale for the dealer to be held responsible

As you state in one of your posts. "Two months after the warranty ran out"

I would not hold out much hope.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

well that would depend on whether (for example) the cam belt has gone and the dealer fitted one before the sale

    How do you know?
The OP doesnt have it at the supplying dealer
So without a clear explanation from the OP then we wont know

Ok so my brother has just contacted me and thinks that the water system failed and blown the head and bent some valves????

Would that be, possibly...water pump seized, lunched cam belt, which destroyed head.....?
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
