Yeah, a pair of wannabees from here who thought it would be `hip` and trendy to mingle with the party set in Ibiza - never a second thought on how many drug related deaths this has caused in their own country -

Thanks Gln but it's no problem I've been made more than welcome on the NI and indeed wider MSE forum.

I think NAR took up my statement wrong - it was tongue in cheek illustating that at times the UK criminial system goes out of it's way to look after offenders.

I don't mind anybody being a wannabe or trying to be hip and trendy but to involve yourself in a money making scheme by smuggling drugs is appalling. God help anyone who is involved with these sneaky wee bisms in the future. Remember, some poor misguided soul might want to marry one of them someday.

I feel sorry for their parents because they will be worried sick, and so they should be as any decent parent should.

We were all wannabes at some time, we all aspired to be something and tried to fit in with our own social set. Nothing wrong in that in my opinion. This wasn't peer pressure or aspiration though, this was sheer bloody mindedness on their part and they deserve all they get.

Now they're going to have to make a full confession so out will go the fantasy about armed gunmen threatening their family etc etc.
