Amazon supplier refusing a refund

So last may I put in an order for a RAM module for my PC, shortly enough it arrived but I found it was dead as soon as I put it in my PC and a mem test confirmed that. So I filed for a refund and paid for the product to be sent back to the supplier, a month passed and I still am yet to receive either so I contacted them…
