    Okay numpty here:rotfl: I thought it had gone from my laptop but it seems I had it turned off!!! Didn't know I could do that????:o

    So went into Files Un Install and did it quite simple. Well apart from them wanting to help if I had a problem, ignored that. Then wanting feedback after I did kick it out. Cleared it from Recycle Bin, so hopefully it has gone for good now.:T

    Funny! No.
  • I have used Rapport for 2 years without any problems, until 5 days ago. The latest update kept freezing my screen. I uninstalled it and my pc was fine.I installed it again and it froze again so I have removed it again and my pc is now working ok,:j

    thought not;;
    they leave a load of files, logs, etc, which they claim are harmless,on pc, after removal of program, just in case, you want to return...
    esspresso,s link,#20, is for removal, which, I am doing today.you,d be surprised what,s left on;;;
    why leave anything on, already uploaded logs to them..expecting bank aggro now, hsbc are very keen on it;;must admit, never had any trouble till this update, or, upgrade,whatever.they should have notified us, not just done it;
    unusual for trusteer rep not to intercede in this;;;;;;they monitor it, as do all the banks;;;
