Suspect that when people block you from exiting your drive you may get more attention from the police.

Getting out is unlikely to delay you much particularly as you control the time of exiting. More problematic is when you return and want to enter. Is there a convenient place to wait while the bus stops? If not it might be a problem.

Of course it might just encourage you to use the bus.

  • I would buy it for the back garden alone. Blow the bus stop I would be spending my time out back growing veg etc and making it into a little oasis

I dont know the area but I dont think I would have a problem living there .
There are double yellow lines ,so no one can park in front off your house ,and speed ramps will slow the traffic down.

Not sure where your visitors can park .

Is there a communal footpath between the enclosed yard and the garden? Seems a bit odd to have to open a garden gate to access the garden.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Mmmmm......it is unexpected to see a garden that size with that property, but we had a very big rear garden (for a city - approx 80' x 40') at our house with the bus stop outside - we had fruit trees, soft fruit etc etc and it was a very attractive space. It made absolutely no difference whatsoever to our feelings about having a bus stop right outside at the front. It's the worst place we've ever lived, but of course 'one man's meat........' as they say :o Our visitors (especially when we had parties) had nowhere to park because of the double yellow lines, If you feel you can make it work though and it wouldn't matter to you OP, go for it ;)
