I must agree, that does annoy with FD, I click my current account and make a payment, no problem, then it asks me if I want to make another payment, I do so I click yes, and then it asks me what account I want the make the payment from. er, why not default to the one I already selected? even worse, they use a drop down box for that, meaning even more mouse clicks!
I know black and white is their theme but come on, a bit of colour won't hurt!0 -
Yes, totally agree with the FD online comments - a full overhaul to being the user interface up-to-date has been needed for years.
After a couple of terse replies via the online message service recently, I'm off elsewhere for my main banking.0
