I don't know if it looks like a handbag but my wife has a cath kidson one, she goes on about it all the time it has a little changing mat thing as well that you can wipe.0

This one is lovely, a real bargain and better in real life than the photo.

I've just recently bought a Mia Tui bag to use as a handbag but will also occasionally use as a changing bag for my toddler. Wish I'd come across them earlier:

Try bababing
they do a lot of paternity satchel's but also some more "lady" specific ones0 -
Would also recommend storksak if you are looking for something special! Otherwise do what im going to do and get her a koodi b box (carries nappies and wipes and change mat) and bottle holder to use in any nice handbag
I have 3 changing bags and getting bored of them already and find them all to be quite bulky and heavy even when empty because of all the pockets etcWe got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic.

Will she still carry a handbag too? If so I'd get a changing bag with practicality over style. I had a skip hop one for when I took both mine boys out but a freebee boots/huggies one for the single buggy or a man bag. It worked and I wasn't worried about it getting nicked off the back of the buggy as I always had my valuables in a small handbag on me at all times. (there was a spate of 'posh' nappy bags being taken at the time and I think it looked like you had spent a bit on it so it might be packed with expensive goodies)0
