    I've been Money Tipped!
Clearly, you believe that your employer can just wave a magic wand and create enough additional funds to increase wages without increasing prices or damaging trade... mind sharing that with the rest of us?

That sort of financial know-how could be worth a fortune in the right hands...

I can tell you now you will be VERY lucky if anyone wants to take a stand against the employers.

Like I have told you before they can make it very difficult for you.

Why can you not just accept no pay rise?

Lots of us have had to deal with no pay rise and you get over it or get out!

No, but you're not talking about asking simply for a pay rise, you are organising/unionising your workplace, that is quite a step to take and I cannot see the management being laid back about it!

so what could they do about it?

They could make your life very difficult and manage you out of a job. There is good reason why no one else is shouting up about this - they value their jobs.

Take examples of your how you have benefitted the company, plans for the year ahead etc to support your cause.

in the last year ive benefited the company by doing everything they have asked me to do, without ever having a sick day off or turning up late
Do people in comparable roles in other organisations earn more?

not sure how i find out such information
