Clearly, you believe that your employer can just wave a magic wand and create enough additional funds to increase wages without increasing prices or damaging trade... mind sharing that with the rest of us?

its confused situation because its been 6 years since i had a pay rise but i was tuped 2 years ago. its been 4 years since my current employer issued pay rises

Take examples of your how you have benefitted the company, plans for the year ahead etc to support your cause.
in the last year ive benefited the company by doing everything they have asked me to do, without ever having a sick day off or turning up lateDo people in comparable roles in other organisations earn more?
