i couldn't care less. They should have thought about getting that credit card that they now can't pay off. they should have thought of that nice car on hp that they lost £5k as soon as they drove it off the forecourt. they should have thought about those unintended children before they popped out.
I have no sympathy. I don't think that house prices are expensive i think there realistic of the status that people have that can afford them.
If they do crash ill buy all the houses that ftb's want anyway so its win win for me.
no doubt theyll still be scrimping and saving to afford the young rascals a maccy dee's!!!!
if people weren't so stupid in this country it would be a better place.0 -

Then do one.
Also, I'd love to know how you'll buy up all of these cheap properties when credit will have tightened to reflect the risk of negative equity.
DS1980. That fits. Too young to remember the last crash. Think you're invincible.
You'll learn.

................."Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.0
