Another list would be lovely, it guilts the rest of us into doing things.
Ovens need to be cleaned now? :rotfl:
Why good morning to you Edinburgher - hope all is well with you - I must pop along to your diary and see just how you are
The oven certainly does need cleaning - I try and do it once a month to avoid all that build up of meat fat which is nigh on impossible to get off. Did a half hearted attempted yesterday so will give it another go today.
My list is all ready for putting on my diary and this one will be dedicated to you
Have a good one

Morning all - a little misty down here today.
A fairly low spend day yesterday with around £4 spent on herbs and spices for the lamb tagine I made yesterday. I did buy the family a tin of chocolates - a 'quality' tin if you get my drift which to my amazement has 4 left in it when I got up this morning - I remember when we were kids it would last the whole of christmas - then my mum never left them on the side like I did
£8.51 left in my daily food spend and 10 more days to go. £10 left in my petrol pot - which should see me through. Oh and about minus £1000 in my spending pot due to the excesses of the last few weeks and a rather large counselling bill
I have my To Do List ready to post - and today it is dedicated to Edinburgher and will hopefully nudge him into action :rotfl:

Had a good MS day yesterday - printed off free loo rolls offer and also managed to make £10 from a Mr T purchase which resulted in getting a stocking filler worth £10.50 for £5.25 plus £5.25 back from a pricing error plus £5.25 price promise voucher due to said error
Working my way through my to do list, nearly done with the christmas card writing so should get those in the post today. Also cleaning oven bit by bit as I find it so boring. Must get the business accounts done today and get them sent off to the accountant by the end of the week. I now have the secret santa list from the last relative so I can strike that off, just need to buy it now - last present to get :j
DD finishes school at lunch time tomorrow and DS on Friday - poor DSS2 doesn't finish till next Thursday - don't think he's too happy about that.
Had to buy some food staples yesterday - fruit, milk and cheese but still on target with my daily food budget £8.63.
Off to finish off my christmas cards

I somehow managed to read that as just "printed off free loo rolls" and the thought 'oh! that's very MSE! :money:' managed to flit through my head before I could stop it :rotfl: I really must learn to wake up properly before noon

A little bit out of sorts today - not really with it and can't get my head round doing the business accounts. I've been doing lots of little bits today - house and familywise. I need to get my head down and sort out my business spreadsheets for the accountant but its one of those tasks that will take up a full day of concentrating and I'm not really in the right frame of mind at the moment.
Had a good online shop with S@insburys yesterday using up my £15 voucher and buying lots of discounted food for my next fiinancial month. Also popped down to Mr T today and picked up loads of bargains in the yellow sticker department - all of which are in the freezer - apart from the crumpets which will soon be in my tummy
Daily food budget up to £10.05 for the next 7 days - although I will need to feed the kids lunch next week as they will have broken up from school. I had a £1 underspend last month so trying to beat that - would be good to have a £10 underspend - doing a daily budget works so much better for me.
Quick cuppa coffee for me then an hour on these darned spreadsheets, then off to pick up DD from her shopping trip and off to physio

Spent all day yesterday going through the accounts for the year and seem to be in more of a mess than I was before I started  Will persevere and see if I can get to the bottom of it all by the end of the weekend.
Had a no spend day yesterday - no suprise there as I didn't move away from my desk. £11.10 in the daily food budget for the next 10 days. I may buy the M&S meal offer for £10 today - I can use the wine to take to a Christmas party we are going to next weekend. I have used up my petrol budget for the month and have around 40 miles left in the car - I think I may have to put another tenner in over the next few days. Transferred £2500 into our new flexi-account so that's £5000 I have earning 5% - just over £16 a month in interest
Kids away weekend so DH and I are thinking of having a lazy day as we're both feeling a little lethargic. DS's bday tomorrow so I need to bake a cake for when he comes home.
Off to watch the Masterchef final on Iplayer with DH - have really enjoyed the series this time. I wish I could cook like that.
Have a festive weekend everyone - and don't eat too many mince pies

Quick post today as I'm off to take DS and his friend to Westfield for the day - shall take my book and have a good read
Not much on the MS front except that I found a tenner in the pocket of my trousers that I didnt realise I had :money:
Three days left and still have £12.37 in my daily food budget.
By my current calculations I am £5 off my target of £100,000. If I go hunting I may be able to dig that out from under the cushions on the sofa and digging into DH pockets for change
Oh and I have earned 200 points doing my first couple of YouGov surveys - how many points to get to £50??
Have a good one

Hurrah for finding money! And good luck with the business accounts - I need to do some of that myself. Was hoping to get most of it sorted out before Christmas but that's not looking likely now. Shall probably just shove it all out of my mind until January and hope for the best(!)a penny picker upper.
