  • I have started writing a list for tomorrow. Feeling fidgety before our holiday and think that righteous exhaustion will make the holiday feel better deserved! :)

    Oooh where you off to Edinburger -a holiday is just what I need. :)

  • :eek::j:eek:1 DAY LEFT :j:eek:

    Sunday morning -dawn still rising - and Im up.

    Didn't quite manage a NSD yesterday. Had to buy a squeegy for cleaning the outside of the windows. Picked up one for £2.99 but they would only take cards if you spend £5. Normally I would put it back and walk out but I had to get one so ended up buying a bigger version which turned out to be rubbish then DH told me we already had one in the garage, so that was £6.99 I didnt need to spend. DH and I got through a whole loaf of bread and half a pound of butter yesterday - can't beat a bit of toast and butter when you're too buy to cook :rotfl:

    TO DO LIST
    • Everything I should have done already that I haven't done yet
    • have a long soak in the bath coz I'm sure I'll stink :eek:

    Oooh where you off to Edinburger -a holiday is just what I need.

    We're off to stay in a lovely little lodge next to a loch in the North of Scotland :)

    I was about to congratulate you on the short list until I realised it might have 50 items on it! :rotfl:

    Hope you packed the wine and glasses on top and have unpacked them first :T.
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    Good luck in your new home, hope all went well:j
  • Thank you so much for all the well wishes - particularly the bath - I so needed that tonight. Move has come and gone, boxes everywhere which I shall tackle tomorrow. Spent the day deep cleaning carpets and polishing wooden floors ready for checkout tomorrow morning. All concepts of being MS have gone out the window - with take ways and meals out 3 days in a row. DH needs to sort out my laptop so at the moment am typing on a proxy phone.

    So glad the move is done. Now just need to get back on track with my ninja MS ways. :)

    Oh one final note. Getting very drunk the night before you move house is not wise. The raging hangover can be debilitating when trying to co-ordinate removal men and unpack is not pleasant :eek:

    Hope to be back online properly tomorrow
