Shuuu, we're all going to get thrown off the thread in a minute for moral turpitude, and I was interested as to where the 400M came from....not quite as exciting as where it's going, but oh well "There is no substitute for time."

I would not live off the interest of cash. That's for sure. How boring, unsafe and uninteresting would that be? I would be less boring than I am now- not More boring!
I'd buy companies, invest in equities, properties, and i would set up a charitable foundation (could be my new life's work plus saves on tax).
AS for the whole Mistress/Hookers thing- men are funny creatures. You get money and think of sex. But sex is free (for me anyway lol) so i'd be looking to spend it, to better myself, to better others less fortunate. No, I would not be looking for a toyboy. I'd keep the old man I have now ;-)
My biggest problem would be my 3 boys, who would want some of it. And I have always said i'd help them out however much i had, but I would never give them enough they didn't have to work. That would be the ruin of any good young man.0 -
£400 million is a lot of money to enter the UK banking system. Money laundering controls will be a necessity of any bank or financial instituition. I am rather amazed that one with so much money needs to ask a BB for advice. If the money is real then I reckon you are better off talking to other persons of similar wealth.0

I would buy an island, start my own charity and start my own business.
And maybe give some money to my local football club (actually, I think I would but only a few %).0 -
Spend the week in a patents office, find the inventors, and invest in them.
Check out the industrial engineering graduate shows, and employ some of them.
Back Good british ideas with strong design, and british manufacturing, and employ people making stuff that you can export.0 -
