Hi everyone,
Thanks again for all your comments, I have got together my soa and will post later today if I can, also gonna try and get to the CAB as well tomorrow as work say I can take a little bit of time off flexitime so I can try and get things sorted. I had been paying off his HP agreement for his sofa (which I still have) and am tempted to stop paying this as when they would finally catch up with him, they would see he is bankrupt and not really be able to do much I suppose...dunno as wouldn't want them taking the sofa back, it is way too comfy! Will try and get that soa up soon for some more advice as to what to do next...
